After installation and start-up, we begin operational training for the team that will use the equipment. One of our specialists will guide the client through all the machine's main functions, as well as practice and mastery of the software. The operator will also receive a manual and instructional videos to assist them in their daily operations.
We manage the due dates for preventive visits and equipment calibrations. Our customers receive advance notice of the due date via email, and we then schedule the technical visit. Once the work is complete, we issue and send the calibration certificate.
If necessary, the customer reports the equipment's problems, and our technical team contacts the operator for pre- diagnosis and attempts to resolve the issue remotely. If this isn't possible, we schedule a prompt technical visit to ensure the equipment returns to satisfactory condition as quickly as possible.
